Our store front is Mustang Depot. However Hot Rod Depot is a separate entity at the same location. We hope that you stop by whether you live in town, or when visiting. However, it's recommended to order in advance via our website, and use the "Local Pick-Up Feature" to insure the availability of the product you desire. 2. Do you ship outside the USA?  Yes we export on a regular basis. We do accept International Credit Cards subject to authorization. We also accept wire transfers and PayPal. We can either quote and pre-pay the shipping and doc fees, or you can arrange for the export and required documentation on your own and send your carrier to our door. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, and/or VAT charges. Duties, taxes and VAT charges are always the responsibility of the customer.
3. My credit card was declined?  This can happen due to an incorrect billing address (must match credit card), daily transaction limits on debit cards, cards issued by non-US banks (international cards) or in rare instances, system malfunctions. We only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company. If you attempt to enter a different address, our system will decline the order. Each time our AVS (address verification system) declines your order for inaccurate information, this will show as an authorization on the card and hold the funds for that amount. There is more than ample warning of this on the credit card form and there is nothing we can do until the authorization falls off which can take a couple of days. You have three attempts to get the information accurate. Successive attempts will be automatically declined unless you delete your cookies, temp internet files and wait approx 12 hours.

5. Do you have used parts?  We are not licensed to sell used parts. However we have sources for referral.
